Sheet Metal Fabrication Services
Not all metal parts justify expensive dedicated tooling. FBF has a well-equipped sheet metal shop to make your metal parts without dedicated tooling. Short run to high volume run sizes. Our Trumpf fiber laser cuts metal faster and cleaner with minimal waste. Our focus is parts with metal thicknesses from .015 – .188. Metal Stamping Services
Have a metal stamping tool you need run? FBF can handle a simple blanking tool to a complex progressive die tool. We have 24 power presses sized to handle most metal forming dies. Our specialty is incorporating your existing tooling into our operations for a worry-free experience. You will wonder why you didn’t send us your tooling sooner. Need a new die made? New tooling can be made at FBF or we will use one of the first class tool shops we contract with. Our toolroom handles all regular maintenance so your tooling is always ready to run.
Metal Fabricator With Flexibility and Diversity
If you need a metal part made you have found the right place. Whether your design is brand new or the tooling is 30 years old does not matter. We can do runs of 10 pieces or 10 thousand pieces. FBF has the right equipment for your metal forming needs.
Twenty-four power presses from 12 tons to 750 ton presses to run your tooling. It is not important whether the tool you want to send us is new or 20 years old. It does not matter if it is one tool or ten different progressive stamping dies. Your job will be up and running in no time.
No tooling? No sweat. We have a fiber laser, several turret punch presses and press brakes for parts that don’t require dedicated tooling.
