Custom Metal Fabrication Shop with Diversity
Most metal fabrication shops in metro Philadelphia have a few brake presses and assorted sheet metal fabrication equipment they acquired to do specific jobs. FBF Inc has been a specialty metal and steel fabricator in PA for over 40 years and now operates over 35 different mechanical presses of varying sizes. Our smallest press is a 60 ton Cincinanati press brakes and we go up to a couple of 100 ton Verson press breaks. We run three Turret CNC Punch Presses all the time.
As our fabrication business continues to grow, so does our equipment list. Our newest additions use state of the art laser technology and mechanical automation to support our growth.
Not everything we do is big. Most clients contract us for smaller runs that keep our smaller equipment busy. For longer runs, we have 12 progressive metal stamping presses doing some bending and forming work. We run 0.001” stainless steel sheets up through 7 gauge carbon steel sheets. We have learned that no job is too small for us. Our pricing and responsiveness makes most buyers fall in love with us and your Quality Assurance team will grow to respect our consistency.

Our family includes some of the finest tool die makers in Pennsylvania and we custom craft all of our own tooling. Complex metal parts require talented craftsmen in all stages of the process.
